Vintage 1992 Cartier Ellipse Sapphire Ring in Yellow Gold

A beautiful vintage Cartier Ellipse blue sapphire ring set in 18k yellow gold, circa 1992. The ring is composed of a 0.50 ct oval mixed-cut blue sapphire set on a domed yellow gold band. Due to its design and size, this piece can be worn for a variety of occasions. It looks great alone or alongside other rings.
