Cartier Three Diamond Love Ring in White Gold Size 48

A classic three diamond Cartier Love ring set in 18k white gold. The ring is set in the iconic love design and instead of being stamped throughout with the nail motif is set with three additional round brilliant cut diamonds. These diamonds add a perfect amount of additional sparkle to the piece making the ring perfect for everyday wear.
