Vintage Cartier Diamond LOVE Ring SM, Size 49

A lovely single diamond Cartier Mini Love ring set in 18k white gold. The ring is set in the iconic love design and instead of being stamped throughout with the nail motif is set with a single round brilliant cut diamond. The ring is from the Cartier Love Wedding Band range, however, can be worn as an everyday piece of jewellery if the wearer desires. The thinner design is subtle on the hand and the single diamond adds the perfect amount of additional sparkle to the piece. The ring is currently a Cartier size 49, which translates to a UK size J 1/2, USA size 4 3/4. Due to the design this piece cannot be resized. There is a total carat weight of 0.02 carats. The diamond is estimated to be F in colour with VS clarity. The band measures 4 millimetres in width and there is a gross weight of 4.2 grams.
