A beautiful vintage Elsa Peretti for Tiffany & Co. open heart diamond necklace in solid 18k yellow gold. The pendant depicts the iconic Elsa Peretti open heart design and is rubover set with 36 individual round brilliant cut diamonds. The pendant currently hangs from a Tiffany 14-inch yellow gold trace chain which is included with the price.  Due to the size and design this piece would be perfect for wearing for a variety of occasions. The pendant could easily be worn for everyday or, alternatively, dressed up for more special occasions. This is the small sized heart pendant from the Elsa Peretti collection and measures 2.2 x 1.9 centimetres (from the widest points); there is a gross weight of 5.7 grams.
