Vintage Mauboussin Moonstone and Diamond Stick Pin

A lovely little moonstone and diamond stick pin set in 18k yellow gold, signed Mauboussin. The stick pink depicts a walking turtle and is composed of a large carved piece of lustrous moonstone. This moonstone forms the shell of the turtle and is carved with hexagonal markings. The head and four legs are then accented with 11 round brilliant cut diamond which add that perfect amount of extra vibrance to the pin. The turtle is then accompanied by a matching stopped which is attached by a safety chain and embellished with a cabochon moonstone to match the shell. The stick pin measures exactly 6 centimetres in length, with the turtle itself measuring approximately 1.2 x 2.3 centimetres. Total weight is exactly 5.4 grams.
